| SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in this kit are specific to IgM and do not show any significant cross reactivity to Dog IgA, IgG, or IgE. Mouse IgG ELISA kit species cross reactivity was tested with animal serums at dilutions of 1:100: Human (1.6%), Monkey (1.7%), Horse (1.7%). Mouse, Rat, Sheep, Chicken, FBS, Bovine, Cat, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Goat and Pig serums all showed less than 1% cross reactivity. |
